Soggier Second Half of the Week
After a mostly gorgeous Tuesday, things are changing in a hurry here in the weather department.
Clouds have arrived here in Southern New England, and they’ll continue to increase throughout the night. Temperatures will fall to the mid 50s by tomorrow morning. We wake up to a mostly cloudy sky on Wednesday, but while the day stays a bit grayer, it’ll stay mostly dry and mild. High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 60s along the coast, and low 70s inland.
Showers start to poke into the region Wednesday evening. Overnight, we increase to more widespread light rain, with a heavy pocket here and there at times. Thursday morning still looks soggy for your commutes, but rain eases up in the late morning and afternoon. Thursday’s highs are in the mid 60s.
Friday looks mostly cloudy as well with a shower or two around. The day will stay largely dry overall, and highs will be back in the upper 60s and low 70s.
