Sojourner House CEO discusses possible multi-million dollar investment for RI crime victims

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — 27 organizations from across Rhode Island will rally at the State House Wednesday for what would be a first in Rhode Island: A $30,000,000 allocation to support crime victims.
