Somerset resident wins $1M Powerball prize
SOMERSET, Mass. (WLNE) — The Massachusetts State Lottery said that a Somerset resident won a $1 million prize on a Powerball ticket purchased on May 14.
Yaowarat Pine claimed the prize on July 1.
She said she plans on purchasing a condo and helping her children with the winnings.
The ticket was purchased at a liquor store in Swansea, which received a $10,000 bonus for the sale of a winning ticket.
