St. Mary’s Home for Children announces community partnerships

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — St. Mary’s Home for Children announced its partnership with various community programs in order to better its services for children.
Rhode Island College, Tri-County Community Action Agency, the Parent Support Network of RI, and the North Providence Police Department will expand St. Mary’s offerings and impact the lives of their housed children.
These collaborations aim to ensure that St. Mary’s children are reaching the highest level of care.
Some initiatives include providing de-escalation training, a supportive and engaging environment, and quicker access to health services.
Dr. Charles Montorio-Archer, Interim CEO of St. Mary’s released the following statement:
