Stalled Storm Keeps the Clouds and Chances of Rain

Short-lived sunshine this morning will lead to clouds filling back in this afternoon with chances of rain through tomorrow night.  Conditions improve by Sunday late.  Temperatures will remain around 10 degrees below average.  As we head into Monday, ample sunshine is in store with temperatures around 60.  These conditions, if they hold together, will be fabulous for viewing the solar eclipse.  Similar conditions are expected on Tuesday.  By Wednesday, clouds will increase and a chance of rain overnight into Thursday with seasonable temperatures.
