State forest in Foxborough closed due to brush fire

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE) — The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation said that F. Gilbert Hills State Forest in Foxborough has been closed due to an active brush fire.

The closure will last “until further notice” according to the department.

A Red Flag Warning that prohibits outdoor burning is in effect for all of Massachusetts.
