State Police investigating Attleboro fire at multi-family home

ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — The Massachusetts State Police Fire and Explosives Unit is investigating a fire at a multi-family home in Attleboro overnight.

The Attleboro Fire Department said firefighters were called to County Street around 3:30 a.m. Saturday and found the back deck of the house was on fire.

Officials said crews were able to put it out quickly and keep the flames from spreading further into the home.

The Red Cross is helping two of the people that live there.
