State troopers arrest Cranston man after road rage incident

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — A Cranston man was arrested on Tuesday following a road rage incident. 

35-year-old Devon Owens of Cranston was booked on a felony assault following an incident on Route 95 South, and a subsequent motor vehicle stop by the Warwick Police Department on Warwick Avenue.  

 According to a release from the Rhode Island State Police at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, Owens used a device similar to the appearance of a firearm. 

Owens was processed in Rhode Island State Police custody, was transported to Providence District Court for arraignment.
