Stop & Shop recalls Diamond Nuts

Stop & Shop Supermarket announced early Friday morning that it removed from sale Diamond Nuts due to potential Salmonella contamination.

The following products in this recall include:

Diamond Macadamia Halves & Pieces, 2.25 oz, UPC 7045074391 with lot numbers 16137D331S and 16159D331S and Best Before Dates of 16 NOV 2017 and 07 DEC 2017

Diamond Chopped Macadamia Nuts, 2.25 oz, UPC 7045074391 with lot numbers 16137D331S and 16159D331S and Best Before Dates of 16 NOV 2017 and 07 DEC 2017

Stop & Shop has received no reports of illnesses to date.

The company recommends customers who have purchased this product to discard any unused portions and bring their purchase receipt to Stop & Shop for a full refund.
