Structure inspections to close 195 exit

SEEKONK, Mass. (WLNE) — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) will perform ancillary structure inspections on I-195 westbound at exit 14A (Route 28) from Seekonk to Dartmouth.

These inspections will occur nightly from August 12 through August 16 from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.

On the evening of August 15, I-195 westbound exit 14A to Route 24 southbound will be closed with the following detour in place:

Traveling I-195 westbound

• Continue straight on I-195 westbound
• Take exit 13 towards Plymouth Avenue
• Turn left onto Plymouth Avenue
• Turn left onto exit to I-195 eastbound
• Take exit 14A for Route 24 southbound
