‘Stuff-A-Cruiser’ Toy Drive Returns to North Kingstown
NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WLNE) The University of Rhode Island Department of Public Safety is hosting its annual toy drive this weekend.
Representatives from the Department of Safety will be collecting unwrapped toys and essential goods outside of the Walmart on Ten Rod Road in North Kingstown.
The event runs both Saturday and Sunday between 10AM and 2PM.
The toy drive has been an annual event since 2015 and benefits Hasbro Children’s Hospital along with other local charities.
If you’re unable to make it to this weekend’s event, the Department of Public Safety will be accepting donations at the URI Police Station located on 85 Briar Lane in Kingstown until December 15th.
