Sunny and warm into the weekend.

Sunshine in full force with temperatures climbing to seasonable this afternoon.

Overnight will be cool and clear with dewpoints mirroring the temperatures which

will give way for fog to develop.  Patchy fog may extend into tomorrow first thing.

Expect it to burn off around sunrise.  The rest of the day will feature wall to wall

sunshine with temperatures in the upper 70s.  Friday into the weekend we’ll enjoy

some sunshine, temperatures will climb to low-80s.  This touch of summer will

extend through the weekend.

TRACKING THE TROPICS

This morning’s bulletin has Francine making landfall sometime this afternoon with

life-threatening storm surge, with possible tornadoes.  It is expected to weaken as

soon as it goes inland generating rainfall totals, as high as, 12″ inches.

It’s expected to move north into the central Mississippi Valley.
