Sunny & Chilly Afternoon

Splendid couple of days in store.  Little bit of a bump on the road.  Meanwhile, we’re enjoying gorgeous sunshine alongside chilly temperatures…seasonable temperatures.  Normal high should be 40°.  High pressure remains in control for a couple of days before a cold front passes through on Thursday.  This system will bring clouds and a low chance of rain or snow.  Behind this front, colder air will usher in with plenty of sunshine on Friday.  The cold air will allow temperatures to fall in the mid-30s, setting the stage for the potential significant snow on Sunday.  As we head into Saturday overnight into Sunday is when we should see this coastal low trigger snow locally.  As of now, we are seeing more of a 50% chance of 6″ inches or more of snow on Sunday.  Should exit the region by Monday.  Stay tuned!  Meanwhile, bundle up, it’s cold.
