Bright and cold

Calm after the storm with sunny skies, cold temperatures, and gusty winds.  These winds will make these temperatures feel in the upper-teens.  Overnight less windy with temperatures in the low-20s.  Thursday morning the wind chill will be in the single digits with sunny skies to start.  Clouds will increase throughout the day with temperatures in the mid to upper-30s, slightly below average.  Friday, winds will pick up with plenty of sun in the afternoon.  Another weather system may bring some wintry weather Saturday with improving conditions by Sunday.  Back to seasonable by Tuesday.
