Sunny Start to June

Sunday is a lot of things, the start of June, the start of meteorological summer, the start of hurricane season, but most importantly, it’s the start of a dry and sunny trend of weather here in Southern New England. Sunday will be mostly sunny nd cooler than average, topping in the 60s. Not a great beach day with an ocean  temp in the mid-50s and beach temp in the low 60s. Surf will be rough and there is a moderate to high risk of rip currents as well. Monday will be sunny and seasonable with highs near 72. Tuesday looks sunny and warmer at 78. Midweek welcomes a taste of summer with Wednesday highs in the lower-80s. Thursday will bring the muggies in addition to mostly sunny skies and highs near 85. Friday finishes the week with mostly cloudy skies, a bit of humidity and highs near 82.
