Sunny Start to the Week

Monday starts off Thanksgiving week with plenty of sunshine. High pressure keep sunshine in place through Tuesday morning, but it is accompanied by bitter cold temperatures in the mornings. The coldest will be Tuesday morning where we’ll see lows in the upper-teens and lower-20s. High temperatures won’t fare much better, topping out near 40- more than 10 degrees colder than average. A strong storm will roll across the country this week and it will bring rain starting Tuesday night through Wednesday midday. It will be seasonable with highs in the lower-50s. Rainfall will be heavy at times and could top out more than half an inch. It will also be windy with gusts 35-40 mph. Wednesday afternoon will clear out, making for a sun-filled holiday on Thursday.
