Sunshine with a few clouds and milder temperatures

We continue enjoying dry weather in the region with milder temperatures in the low-70s.

More sun than clouds on this Thursday as well as we head into tomorrow.  Warmer air will

usher in during the next 48 hours.  An approaching cold front will trigger increase in clouds,

low chance for brief and widely scattered showers to our north with temperatures climbing to

mid-70s. Behind this system, cooler temperatures will prevail in the upper 60s with abundant

sunshine.  Monday need our rain gear with the potential for significant rainfall first part of the day.

Improvement is expected late in the day with quiet, dry, and much cooler weather by Tuesday, highs in the low-60s.
