Suspect accused of scratch ticket theft due in court

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — One of the suspects accused of breaking into Warwick businesses is expected in court.  

52-year-old Jose Capeles is expected to be screened in court today for break-ins at Warwick Liquors and Bader Market located on the same street in Warwick.

Allegedly, the Providence man and 43-year-old Melissa Bedford broke in to steal lottery tickets.  

Bedford has already been screened and is now awaiting a future court date.
