Suspect in 2023 murder in Fall River held without bail

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn said that the suspect in a 2023 murder in Fall River was held without bail.

26-year-old Tajon Saxon was charged with murder, carrying a loaded illegal firearm, and carrying an illegal firearm in the murder of 23-year-old Diamonte Odom.

Quinn said Saxon’s bail was revoked due to being charged with accessory to murder after the fact in the  in connection to the May 2021 Fall River double homicide of Jovaughn Mills and Miguel Sanjurjo.

He is scheduled to next appear in court on Jan. 25, 2025.
