Suspect in Providence double homicide arraigned

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — One of the men arrested in connection with an October double homicide in Providence was arraigned Friday.

Miguel Perez was charged with first-degree murder in the killing of 29-year-old Brian Fernandez and 30-year-old Sreylakh Ros.

On Thursday morning, authorities arrested 29-year-old Miguel Perez of Warwick and 28-year-old Tyler Freeman of Norton, Massachusetts on murder charges.

Perez was held without bail. His next court date is scheduled for February.
