Suspect sought after who shot 16-year-old in drive-by shooting

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Providence Police are searching for the suspect who wounded two males in a drive-by shooting around 3 a.m. Saturday morning.

The suspect allegedly drove by Manton Avenue in a silver sedan and shot a 16-year-old male in the upper leg, and grazed a 30-year-old male with a bullet.

Both males were transported to Rhode Island Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect has not yet been located.

The incident is still under investigation.
