UPDATE: Suspect wanted for making threats towards Gillette arrested

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I (WLNE) – The East Providence Police Department made an arrest of a suspect on Sunday following terroristic threats made towards Gillette Stadium in Foxborough.
Police say, East Providence resident, Tobias Gray was arrested at 4:33 p.m on Sunday on a warrant for domestic simple assault and additionally charged with threats to public officials stemming from the arrest.
Gray is also being charged with a fugitive of justice complain from the state of Massachusetts following threats he made towards Gillette Stadium.
Gray is scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning in Providence district court.

A representative for Gray said the charge stems from a Facebook post having to do with the fact Antonio Brown would be joining the Patriots roster.
Gray was also seen wearing a Giants jersey in the courtroom.
