Swansea votes to approve cost for new high school

SWANSEA, Mass. (WLNE) — Swansea residents voted to approve the cost of a new high school at a town meeting on Monday.
Voters from Westport, Somerset, Fall River, and now Swansea all said yes to the new Diman High School.
The project is expected to cost more than $293 million if approved. A state grant would cover $148 million.
