T.F. Green nominated for Best Small Airport 2021

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) – T.F. Green Airport has been nominated for the “Best Small Airport” by USA Today.

The airport said that with the help of regional supporters, they hope to be recognized as the #1 Small Airport in the nation.

In a release, the airport plans to restore Rhode Island’s Tourism and Hospitality industry as quickly as possible to bring more travelers, jobs, and overall income back to Rhode Island.

Last year, T.F. Green Airport landed in second place after Huntsville, Alabama.

With hopes to become the #1 small airport in the country, T.F. Green has asked those interested for their support and votes.

One vote is permitted per day from each voter. The contest is set to run until February 1, 2021.
