Taste of Summer

Get ready for a wicked warm Wednesday! Temperatures are expected to make it into the 80s away from the coast, along the beaches, expect highs in the mid-60s. Clouds and mugginess creep in overnight and the morning will find patches of fog to start Thursday. The day will have a mix of sun and clouds and a late day cold front will bring in showers and the chance of thunderstorms for the afternoon and evening. Our biggest risk from any storms looks to be gusty damaging winds with a lower chance of flooding, frequent lightning, hail and even the remote possibility of a tornado. After the front clears, the muggies are gone and we are in for a fine Friday with mostly sunny skies and highs in the low 80s inland and the upper-60s along the coast. The weekend looks good too with a good amount of sunshine and the 70s both Saturday and Sunday. Memorial Day Monday looks mainly cloudy and muggy with a chance of showers.
