Taunton hotel to wind down housing of migrants

TAUNTON, Mass. (WLNE) — The Clarion Hotel in Taunton will no longer house migrants in the state’s shelter system after June of this year, according to state senator Kelly Dooner.

Senator Dooner said a service provider will work with families to find housing before the end of June deadline.

Those who are still eligible for emergency assistance will be moved to other shelters.
