Taunton Police investigating crash that sent 2 to hospital
TAUNTON, Mass. (WLNE) — The Taunton Police Department said that it is investigating a two car crash that occurred in the area of the area of Whittenton Street and 4th Avenue.
Around 2 p.m. on Dec. 14 officers responded to the scene to two cars involved in a crash, with two occupants of one of the vehicles having been injured.
The occupants of the other vehicle had fled the scene prior to police arrival.
A 46-year-old female from Berkley, and her passenger, a 40-year-old female from Taunton, were transported to separate hospitals.
The passenger was eventually released while the driver remained hospitalized.
