Taunton resident seriously injured after UTV rollover crash in New Hampshire

CAMBRIDGE, N.H. (WLNE) — The New Hampshire Fish and Game Law Enforcement Division said A Taunton resident sustained serious injuries after a utility-terrain-vehicle(UTV) rollover crash.

Officials said 34-year-old Jordan Marvel of Taunton, Mass. rolled a UTV over a gravel pit off the West Black Cambridge Mountain Trail on Saturday evening resulting in serious injuries.

Marvel lost control of the UTV after rapidly accelerating while making a turn in the gravel pit next to the trail. In doing so Marvel rolled the UTV onto its side.

Officials said companions and bystanders were able to stabilize Marvel before medical personnel arrived at the scene. Marvel was then transported by Helicopter to the Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME.
