Taylor Swift makes waves in Watch Hill

Taylor Swift is stirring up controversy in Watch Hill.
The people who live there now want their new super–star neighbor out.
Her new 18–million dollar digs are just a couple feet from a
pathway to a public beach.
“Yeah I want her out,' said Jerimy Taylor, “I don't like it. I don't like
guards looking at me all the time.”
A handful of security guards in reflective vests are
constantly perched on her property overlooking East Beach.
“It kind of gets annoying when you have security guards
everywhere, and you hear rumors that she's going to try and buy the path and
stuff like that,” said Emily Rubin.
A wall on the beach and the area inside it used to be what
you'd call the local hangout, but you no one is inside there now. That's because since Taylor Swift moved in, they all got kicked out.
“We grew up here and this is our home and this is our hangout
spot and this is where we make our memories,” said Casey Fiola.
“This is the one spot that not a lot of tourists know about
yet,” said Jerimy Taylor.
Now tourists are flocking to the beach in hopes of just getting
a glimpse of Swift.
“They wanted to check out the house. We specifically came to
see the house,” said mom Madaline Shafer.
Outrage from locals over Swift is now spreading to Twitter.
Miranda hall saying… “Doesn't Taylor Swift have a
tour to be on instead of invading my town”.
And Matthew Brown tweeting “Tell your guards to stop
harassing people.”
One group trying to clean up the beach even got kicked out.
“The crew was up there picking up garbage when the security
guards came down and asked them to leave,” said Peter Brockmann of the East Beach Association.
Swift isn't even home. She's out of town on her Red Tour.
But one of her security guards, who wants to remain
anonymous, said no matter whether she's home or not, no one is allowed
inside Swift's wall.
