Teenager was victim of fatal Fairhaven crash

FAIRHAVEN, Mass. (WLNE) — Bristol Count District Attorney Thomas Quinn, III said a 17-year-old female was the victim of a fatal crash that occurred on July 5 in Fairhaven.

Police responded to Route 6 and Jeannette Street around 9:15 p.m. for reports of a crash involving three vehicles.

When they arrived on scene officers found a sedan with “catastrophic front damage” which was operated by the teen, who was declared dead on scene.

The two occupants of a truck were transported to the hospital with minor injuries, while the third vehicle’s occupants were not injured.

The incident is under investigation.
