In this weekend’s cirque performance, there are some acts where performers are hanging by bars, netting and, similar devices.
Even with what happened previously, one performer says fear is never on their minds.
“I never think about that. I always think about what I have to do in the net or whatever aerial cue I’m doing and I also trust myself and trust the people who prepare me for the show,” says performer Mark Halesi.
Vareki is a classic Cirque Du Soleil performance, based on a Greek mythology.
Shows will run at the Dunk through Sunday.
