The Place shuts its doors after 27 years

NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WLNE) — On Friday a local pizza place in North Kingstown shut its doors after 27 years of serving the community.

The Place announced on Facebook that they were forced to shut down due to an expiring lease, landlord issues, and health issues.

In the announcement, the place thanked its loyal customers and the community for their support over the years.
