Three arrests and gun seizure following New Bedford disturbance

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — Three men and one woman has been have been arrested following an incident last month.
On April 22, 18-year-old Jason Anthony Johnson Rivera and 22-year old David Luna were arrested for carrying a firearm loaded with a high capacity feeding device without a license.
Officers discovered the men after a call was made about a disturbance in a yard on Deane Street. Upon approaching, officers discovered one of the men was wearing a ski mask. Another man, identified as Luna, attempted to flee the scene before officers could approach. 21-year-old Alanah Martinez was also arrested, who was present at the scene. She was charged with intimidation of a witness, open container of alcohol, and resisting arrest.
