Three Massachusetts fugitives found and arrested in Maine

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The U.S. Marshals Service in Maine announced it arrested three Massachusetts fugitives over two days in Madison and Skowhegan, Maine.
On Oct. 24, a juvenile wanted for multiple gun charges in Bristol County, Massachusetts Superior Court was found after a vehicle stop in Madison, Maine.
The fugitive was wanted for carrying a loaded firearm without a license, carrying a firearm without license, assault and battery with a firearm, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, vandalizing property, and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
During the arrest, the USMS confiscated a firearm and an alleged quantity of drugs.
The next morning, on Oct. 25, the U.S. Marshal Task Force found two additional fugitives who were both passengers in the same car, which was stopped in Skowhegan, Maine.
18-year-old Kvon Brooks was wanted in Fall River, Massachusetts District Court for attempted murder, strangulation or suffocation, assault and battery on a family/household member, assault and battery on a pregnant victim, and vandalizing property.
The other fugitive, who was a juvenile, had outstanding warrants out of Bristol County, Massachusetts Superior Court for carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without FID card, possession of large capacity firearm, and trespassing.
All three individuals were taken into custody without resistance, and were charged as fugitives from justice, according to the USMS.
