Tractor-Trailer accident causes major delays

An accident Wednesday morning caused some major traffic delays on Interstate 95 in
It happened just before 9 a.m. when a tractor-trailer truck hopped the cement barrier between exits 27 and 28.
State Police say it appears the driver was trying to stop in traffic and swerved to avoid the vehicles in front of him, causing him to smash through the barrier and separate from the flatbed the truck was towing.
No injuries were reported.
Lanes were closed on both sides of I-95. State Police say it took about an hour and a half to clean up.
State police are still investigating.
