Tractor trailer tips over blocking on ramp traffic

Providence, R.I. (WLNE) – The on-ramp to I-95 North on Allens avenue is now opened after being blocked for nearly five hours following a tractor trailer accident.

The tractor trailer tipped over Monday morning blocking the on ramp just before 9:30 a.m.

No word on if the driver suffered any injuries.
