Truck collides with school bus in New Bedford
NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — A truck collided with a school bus at the intersection of Harvard Street and Sutton Street in New Bedford at 7:30 a.m. Monday according to New Bedford police.
The struck bus then veered off and struck a second school bus.
The driver and passenger of the truck were taken to a local hospital.
The driver of one of the school buses also sustained injuries.
No students sustained any injuries in the incident but all students were transported to a local hospital out of abundance of caution.
A school bus and the truck in the accident were both towed away.
