Plow truck crashes into house, driver taken to hospital

WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Police Chief Thomas Oates shared that a man was transported to Fatima Hospital after crashing his plow truck into a Woonsocket home on Monday morning.

Brian Robinson, 40, of Bellingham, Mass. reportedly crashed his truck into a home on Monday morning.

Police responded to the scene on Mendon Rd. around 6:00 a.m., where they found Robinson’s truck crashed into the side of a house.

Robinson was given a summons at the hospital for a first offense DUI, refusal to submit a breath test, due care by operator, and leaving the lane of travel.

The severity of the driver’s injuries are unknown at this time.
