ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — A pickup truck landed on its roof after a hit-and-run rollover crash in Attleboro on Thursday morning.

The crash occurred at about 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of South Avenue and Tiffany Street.

Part of Tiffany Street was temporarily blocked off as police investigated.

Chief Kyle Heagney said a traffic officer saw a red car flee the crash scene on Rochon Avenue toward North Attleborough.

An ABC 6 News crew saw the car being towed past the scene a short time later.

Heagney said the driver of the car, a 25-year-old man from Ayer, Massachusetts, is expected to be charged with driving without a license, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving to endanger.

The driver of the truck had minor injuries and was taken to Sturdy Hospital.
