Twin River Worldwide Holdings, Inc. announced in a press release Thursday that the company has agreed to purchase a pair of casinos from Nevada-based Eldorado Resorts for $230 million.
The deal will give Twin River ownership of Isle of Capri Casino in Kansas City, Missouri, as well as Lady Luck Casino in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
The Kansas City location is home to over 900 gaming machines and 13 table games, while Lady Luck Casino hosts over 600 slot machines, 8 tables and a hotel.
