Twin River assault and robbery suspect turns himself in, police say

The suspect wanted for robbing a wheelchair-bound woman at Twin River has turned himself in.
Police say Napoleao Pires stole a wallet from the 47-year-old woman last week, shoving her to the ground in the process.
The woman and a friend both suffered minor injuries.
Pires was arraigned in court and his being held without bail until his next hearing on December 5.
