One dead after three car crash in Fall River

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) – A three car crash on Route 24 North in Fall River left one person dead Tuesday afternoon, Massachusetts State Police confirm.

State police confirm a Ford F-250 was traveling southbound when it crossed the median into the northbound lane and collided with a 2019 Chevrolet. The driver of the Chevrolet, a 35-year-old man from Lakeville, died at the scene.

The other driver, a 28-year-old man from Tiverton, was brought to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. There were no other passengers in the cars.

The victims have not been identified.

A third vehicle, a 2018 GMC Terrain, was also involved. The car was able to be driven away and none of the passengers suffered any injuries.
