Two more people have been arrested in connection to last month’s South Kingstown assault that injured two men, one of them seriously.

Police arrested a 17-year-old male and 18-year old male in addition to the 17-year-old male arrested last month.

They say the three jumped Sean Murphy and his friend on School St. while they were walking home from a bar. Murphy was left with a serious brain injury.

Police also used physical and DNA evidence to potentially reveal a third 17-year-old suspect– they say he was killed in a crash on Block Island on August 22. ABC6 News reported that 17-year-old Michael Skirvin was killed when he was thrown from the Jeep he was riding in on Block Island on August 22.

The juveniles are being charged with felony assault and will be arraigned in family court; the 18-year-old, Rayne Henley, is also charged with felony assault. He will be arraigned Wednesday.
