Two New England tour dates for Justin Bieber postponed following medical diagnosis

BOSTON (WLNE) — Two of Justin Bieber’s New England concerts scheduled over the next several days has been cancelled following the pop star’s diagnosis of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome.
Bieber’s tour stops at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut June 18 and TD Garden in Boston June 20 have been postponed as he recovers.
“Justin continues to receive the best medical care possible, is upbeat about his recovery, and is looking forward to getting back out on the road and performing for his fans overseas later this summer,” reads a portion of a statement from the show’s promoter.
Rescheduling dates for the two shows are still be worked out and tickets for the postponed shows will be honored or refunds will be available once the new dates are announced.
Last week, Bieber announced on social media he was diagnosed with the rare neurological syndrome known as Ramsay Hunt which left one side of his face partially paralyzed.
