Two people struck and killed by MBTA train

NATICK, Mass. (WLNE) — Two people are dead in Massachusetts after being hit by an MBTA Commuter Rail train.

It happened between Natick center and West Natick just before five p.m. Monday on the Framingham-Worcester line.

A witness told our sister station WCVB, a woman fell near the tracks, and a man stopped to help her.

Witnesses claim that’s when the train hit them.

The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office says no foul play is suspected.

All commuter rail lines were stopped as a result until 8 p.m. Monday night.
