Unsettled Stretch Of Weather Ahead

After a decent and dry weather day today, clouds are increasing and showers are knocking on our doorstep. Expect the rain to arrive around 9 PM or so, increasing in area as we get closer to midnight. We’ll have some pockets of heavy rain here and there as well as the wet weather continues into Thursday morning. Temperatures will be in the mid 50s.

Plan for a slow, soggy commute on Thursday. Showers will continue off and on through the early afternoon. We’ll dry out in the later afternoon and evening, but it’ll stay cloudy. Highs will be in the low 60s.

Friday is warmer, with highs in the low 70s, but still mostly cloudy. Friday evening a shower or two could sneak in to Southern New England as well. Late Friday night/early Saturday morning, our next storm arrives. This will drive showers and pockets of heavy rain through early Saturday afternoon. A late afternoon/evening shower/rumble of thunder isn’t out of the question either.
