Unsettled week ahead

Quiet, calm, and mild today ahead of unsettled weather headed our way.  Temperatures will top out above average, around 60.  This mild stretch will continue not only with high temperatures but the lows as well.  Overnight we’ll see clouds linger with patchy fog developing, low 40.  Patchy fog tomorrow with rain moving in, high 52.  Tomorrow, Thursday, and parts of the weekend we’ll see steadiest rain.  Wednesday not ruling out peaks of sunshine. As the day progresses, the chance of rain increases.  Wednesday overnight into Thursday, rain may be moderate to heavy at times that could lead to the potential of river flooding, localized flooding, and low risk of flash flooding.  Friday features short-lived weather.  We’ll enjoy some sunshine with temperatures falling to the upper 40s.  The weekend looks gray with chance of rain again, chance for steadiest Saturday night into Sunday with temperatures back to seasonable.
