ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — A man accused of killing his brother this week will be arraigned Monday on murder charges.

51-year-old James McCormick was set to be arraigned today for the murder of his brother on Memorial Day.

McCormick’s lawyer told the courtroom Friday that the arraignment would have to be rescheduled due to the defendant facing some health issues.

According to police, the fight between the two brothers on Memorial Day started from Richard making comments about James’ girlfriend, according to his defense lawyer.

James allegedly stabbed his brother ten times across the head and body.
