UPDATE: Human remains discovered in Easton stream
EASTON, Mass. (WLNE) — Remains discovered in a stream in Easton Wednesday afternoon were determined to be human according to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office.
Easton police responded to the area after two Summer Street residents reported that they discovered a human skull in a stream by their home.
Upon arrival, police observed the item and determined it was likely a human skull.
During Thursday’s ongoing search of the area, more human bones were found.
The bones will be tested forensically in an attempt to identify them.
