UPDATE: Massachusetts child kidnapping suspect charged, identified

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WLNE) — Police have identified and charged the man who allegedly kidnapped at three-year-old boy in Chicopee.
Vadim Vorobyov, 52, of Springfield, will be charged with kidnapping, child endangerment and fugitive from justice in Connecticut.
He will be charged with kidnapping, child endangerment and motor vehicle larceny in Massachusetts.
The child, three-year-old Liam David Pagan, was found safe.
Vorobyov was taken into custody at an Any Time Fitness in Windsor, CT.
He then left the child at the Rodeway Inn and drove to a shopping plaza where he left the car.
Hotel employees then contacted the police.
